Chief Minister Inspection Team (CMIT) has scheduled to visit all Government Colleges of Sindh including Karachi region from 25th August 2014 to check attendance of staff and students. The Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, has decided that from this year process of submission of placement form under Sindh E-Centralized College Admission Program will be made online only and no manual collection and submission of placement forms is allowed.
According to new process the students will visit the website and download the brochure and fill/submit form online.

RECONCILIATION OF BUDGET & OTHER INFORMATION.
We regret to inform you that most of the Principals/D.D.O. have yet not reconciled the expenditure of Budget 2013-14 up to June. 2014 from A.G. Sindh and yet not furnished the information/data regarding Dual Nationality and Disable Persons. Now once again All the Principals / In-charge Principals/D.D.O. of all Government colleges working under the administrative control of this Directorate are directed to promptly compliance the above directive.
TWO DAY’S SEMINAR/WORKSHOP AT NATIONAL ARTS COUNCIL AUDITORIUM KARACHI
Two days seminar/workshop concluded in the Auditorium of National Arts Council, Karachi and D.J. Science College on 11th and 12th June 2014. All the Principals / In-charge Principals of all Government colleges of Sindh attended this Seminar/Workshop.

With reference to Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, (REMINDER-1) No. SO(HE-II) MISC-100/2012, dated 16th July 2013, all detailment of teaching/ non teaching staff working in colleges has been cancelled. All the Principals/Incharge Principals of all Government colleges working under the administrative control of this Directorate with request to please promptly compliance the above directive about cancellation of detailment of teaching/ non teaching staff of collegiate side of Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, and furnish the list of teaching/ non teaching staff who have not still relieved to join their permanent place of posting.
